Solution usually emerges out of your own self. Your strength becomes apparent when you are true to yourself and when you live who you really are. I offer to accompany and support you in this process.
The path to well-being and quality of life is characterized by discovering or rediscovering your own strength and serenity. It means to learn or relearn the natural self-regulation of your own body, to find or restore your self-confidence, your innate pride, and your self-esteem.
In my experience, three steps have to be taken again and again to reach this goal. I will support you to take these essential steps, which are often intricately interwoven with each other.

No choice. It is what it is. In this moment. The quintessence of the first step is to acknowledge the starting point.
In the present moment there is no choice: It is what it is. A fact. A situation. A starting point.
We may acknowledge what is. Circumstances, problems and symptoms may become challenges. I will support you in accepting the challenge of your life.
Hence the first step is to transform problems and symptoms into facts and challenges. It is the resolution to no longer invest your energy in control, complaints, demands or accusations, but in perception.
At this stage, courage, self-esteem, and change of perspective are essential to inhabit and fully own your body.
To acknowledge what is does not mean everything has to remain as it is. It simply means to fully recognize the starting point, the point where you are, because it is only from this point, that you are able to take any steps to change at all.

You are unique. The choice lies in seeing who you really are. The core of the second step is to value your true nature.
You are singular and unique. Your choice is to see yourself as you really are. You are more than you think you are and your uniqueness is the key. When I work with you I give clear information as to your uniqueness and I support you to spot differences that really make a difference for you.
The second step is the learning process during which you genuinely see and experience yourself – your own resources and shortcomings, your strengths and weaknesses. It is to find out the difference between the essence of your uniqueness and your belief of what you are or of your own claim what you think you have to be and to study the way how you unconsciously and automatically hamper yourself.
At this stage it is essential to let go of your illusions and the restricting imprints of your childhood, and say good-bye to those parts of your personality which do not really belong to you and directly correspond to your automatic behavior pattern. It is vital to reconnect with the core of your being, your body, your true nature, and to immerse yourself in the human being that you really are.

Love yourself. Change comes with living out your true nature. The core of the third step is to set out for your own life.
To love yourself or to at least acknowledge yourself simply means to recognize and to develop who you really are. As soon as you decide to do so very often unexpected solutions or changes come your way, since solution always emerges from your own self! Your strength lies in living your true self and at that point resistance and frustration that have cost you so much strength in your life may disappear. You will live more easily, your life will be richer and much more worth living and have plenty of inner riches. Working with you I support you to remain true to yourself.
The third step consists in alertness and vigilance: To grasp your own truth in every moment and to eventually express it more easily. At first you need to practice this alertness until it becomes natural again and you need to accept the ease of it, because it is your natural condition, which comes about when you are totally centered. And to be centered is to feel at ease.
At this stage you need to practically apply your being true to yourself. As soon as body and soul take up their natural cooperation (again) your mode of being in the world, your mode of perceiving and experiencing will change immediately. You will increasingly learn to stay centered and to only foster circumstances - inwardly as well as outwardly - which you really want to have in your life. By doing so problems may literally dissolve or you will dispose of plenty of energy to generate solutions out of your own self.
