For open-end appointments, the agreed fee rate is charged on a pro rata basis.

Unless otherwise agreed, a psychotherapy session lasts 50-100 minutes (open end, 1 to 2 units), a couples or family therapy session 100-150 minutes (open end, 2 to 3 units). The advantage of 'open end' is that I keep my schedule flexible for this appointment and we can work together until both of you have achieved a good result through an organic process. I charge the aliquot feel for the time we actually used.

Psychotherapy is a treatment that is VAT-exempt in Austria (§6 Abs. 1 Z 19 UStG). In case of mental ill-health as defined by the Austrian health insurance and depending on the insurance company, the insurance refunds € 28 to € 47,40 of the fee per unit of individual therapy.

An agreed appointment can be canceled free of charge up to 2 full working days (48 hours) before the appointment via email. If canceled later, the agreed units will be invoiced. In case of a subsequent cancellation, a processing fee of 50.- will be charged.

Therapy can be terminated by both sides at any time. A closing session is highly recommended.
Concerning the contents of therapy and the client data, I am legally bound to an unconditional confidentiality obligation.

Coaching-Hotline for clients - aliquot fee is charged

Fee rate per unit of 50 minutes. VAT-free due to the small business regulation according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG.
For open-end appointments, the agreed fee rate will be charged pro rata.

Duration: I work in open-ended coaching sessions, usually 50-120 minutes. It has proven useful to be able to work in a focused manner until a good result is achieved in an organic process.
