For open-end appointments, the agreed fee rate is charged on a pro rata basis. 20% surcharge for appointments before 9am, after 5pm, and on weekends.

One psychotherapy unit lasts for 50 minutes, unless a deviating agreement is made.
Couple therapy and family therapy appointments are 'open end', they usually 100 to 150 minutes, and the aliquot fee is charged.

Psychotherapy is a treatment that is VAT-exempt in Austria (§6 Abs. 1 Z 19 UStG). In case of mental ill-health as defined by the Austrian health insurance and depending on the insurance company, the insurance refunds € 28 to € 47,40 of the fee per unit of individual therapy.

Cancellation is free of charge when you email me no later than 48 hours before our appointment. After that, the fee is charged.
Fees are paid cash directly after each appointment, as the obligation to confidentiality does not permit account settlement.

Therapy can be terminated by both sides at any time. A closing session is highly recommended.
Concerning the contents of therapy and the client data, I am legally bound to an unconditional confidentiality obligation.

Coaching-Hotline for clients - aliquot fee is charged

Fee per coaching unit of 50 minutes.
All fees plus 20% VAT.
20% surcharge for or appointments before 9am, after 5pm, and on weekends.

One coaching unit lasts for 50 minutes, unless a deviating agreement is made.
Coaching, supervision or training often is tax-deductible advanced training, and many employers budget for it.

Coaching sessions are booked in blocks and paid in advance. Unused and paid-for units are refunded in full.
