Time is more precious than money. There are ways to make money, but there is no way to make time.
Email takes a lot of time to respond to, resulting in continuous inbox overflow for people like us who receive a lot of it.
We use the audio format because it is faster and easier to speak than to type, especially as English is not our first language.
